When you choose Union Ranch Wedding and Event Venues, you're choosing more than a beautiful place to say "I do." Every wedding rental includes access to thoughtfully designed amenities, versatile spaces, and a dedicated team ready to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to make planning easy while giving you the flexibility to create a wedding day that feels uniquely yours.
What’s Included With Every Wedding Rental
All weddings at Union Ranch include full use of our ceremony and reception spaces, designed to comfortably host celebrations of up to 150 guests inside and outsite. Tables and chairs are provided, along with a rose and flower filled landscaping. You'll also have access to a bar area and catering space, as well as an indoor and outdoor under the stars dance floor space for an unforgettable evening celebration. A Bridal Cottage for the bride to get ready and a Grooms Quarters for the groom to get ready without seeing each other the day of the wedding. Couples and guests are welcome to enjoy our animal interaction area, with optional ranch activity add-ons such as a Beer donkey available for those looking to enhance their experience.
Ceremony Site Amenities
Our ceremony site features a covered space to keep you and your guests comfortable, no matter the weather. Chairs and church pues are provided and arranged for your convenience, slowly walk down the walkway to the ceremony and take in all the beauty of the florals and butterflys, meet your groom at the alter situated with a huge reflective pond behind you with the sunset, giving you a beautiful natural backdrop.
Reception
Area Features
The reception area offers a covered space with 16 foot wrap around porches complete with a full bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere for celebrating together. You'll have access to catering prep and serving areas, as well as a designated dance floor enhanced with edison lighting. Tables, chairs, and a bluetooth surround sound system are included to help transform the space as the sun goes down and the celebration continues.
Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Quarters
For added comfort and convenience, Union Ranch also offers a private bridal cottage and groom’s quarters. These spaces give you room to get ready, relax, and enjoy special moments before and during your big day. They even come with their very own restrooms with showers and hooks to hand their suites!
Add-On Experiences
We love helping couples make their wedding truly unforgettable. Ask us about customizing your event with unique add-on experiences, including cattle and horse interactions where guests can feed, pet, and take photos, family-friendly animal encounters, or shooting experiences on our range up to 600 yards.
