Annie Adame
Decoration and Cake Specialist – Includes a consultation in advance of the wedding and the decoration set up for inside and outside wedding day the way you want it done. Makes the best cakes that come with a complimentary tasting before you commit in multiple flavor options. Cake when scheduled.
DJ Ivan
Brings his own speakers for ceremony area and reception area. Keeps the party going from ceremony time till 11 o'clock. Also has additional services to hype up the dance floor from smoke to lights and even cold sparks.
Tamera Hill
With southern mixers is our inhouse mandatory bartending team. We allow you to bring your own alcohol and have our lovely bartenders serve it. She does bring garnishes and will have an over the phone consultation in advance of the wedding to go over drink specifications. She does bring ice for mixing drinks but we do encourage you to bring ice for coolers and ice stuff down in advance. She does arrive an hr before the ceremony starts and is there until 11 olock.

Teresa Davis
Day of Coordinator and Officiant. Has a phone call or in person consultation in advance of wedding to go over specific event details and vendor information to make sure your day goes as planned with everyone involved from family, vendors, and bridal party. Also Officiates upon request and has a team of officiants that work under her.
Jenny and Madi
Our onsite specialist. They are the lovely ladies that help bus tables, take out trash, replenish food, drinks, and toiletries throughout the night. They will cut and serve cake upon request. They help assist your day of coordinator they are not considered day of coordinators. They arrive during reception time and stay until 11pm.
Heather Nolan
Heather Nolan Photography welcoming you with an everlasting friendship and unlimited amount of photos. She will give you a complimentary engagement session and make certain you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
